The  release comes in Urashima label house style, with the black on black vinyl coming in the silver inked on black card slip sleeve. On one side of the sleeve we have just the word Latex in a bold font, and on the other side we have the Urashima skull & butterfly logo.  The release also features a  double side white paper inlay, on one side there's the track listing/ect, and on the other side two colour pictures of a rubber mannequin dressed up in a black latex bondage one piece.

The first side is taken up by the single  18.30  Black Leather Jesus track  entitled “Serfdom”. The tracks a fairly text book example of this projects dense noise jam  based sound. It starts off as a thick mixture of boiling noise drone, rapid yet repetitive sheet metal clunking & reverberation, all topped off with mid ranged whizzing & looped noise harmonics.  The track pretty soon gets denser & denser as  it mixers togeather: sweeping at times  sludgy low end throbs, drones & grates, slightly higher pitched billowings, grimly sweeping & baying noise harmonics  that meet slo-mo forking  & baying noise drones, & grey chopping  synth throbs. The whole track has this wonderful intense & enclosing vibe that's heady with a sleazy/ perverse air- the track just seems to get more enclosing & intense as if your getting wrapped deeper & deeper in a thick leather or black latex web of sound.

Side two finds the solo Ramirez track which is entitled “His Cock Fits Me Like A Glove”, and the just under fifteen & a half minute track very much suites it’s title. The track starts off with just bare bone yet slightly muffled & noised up gay porn samples that take in all manner of: moans, oh yes, oh shits & oh fucks; along with the sounds of slapping flesh ect.
