These thirteen tracks, donning titles such as "Weird Scum", "Cheap Viennese Bride" and "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE", bring together poisonous grooves, piercing electronic sounds, sleazy music and sickening samples. Imagine The Cramps partying hard with Wolf Eyes and Whitehouse and you’ll  get a rough picture of where Grimalkin 555 is aiming for, nowhere pretty. "Be quiet or be killed!" is the declaration that opens the album, followed by many other voices and sound samples. The painful frequencies on the track "Flagellated Actress" are reinforced by insane screams that are almost inhuman, while the following track "Taster" begins with what sounds like a twisted lounge party that turns violent and hostile. More often than not, Grimalkin 555 offers speech samples, cocktail music or even voices of those screaming in horror, along with the disturbing and painful noise that is challenging to the ears. At times the dominant sounds are those of piercing noise while at others it is the distorted rhythm that is more noticeable. Either way, Glass is trying to keep it as disturbed, filthy and messy as possible for the entire duration of the album.

Being harsh and violent, Grimalkin 555 is wise enough to stay highly dynamic throughout the album, and rarely bores the listener with too many noise clichés. This debut album is as harsh as it gets, but you cannot expect anything else when you pick up a CD that answers to the name "Super Spermatorrhea Bukkake Dance Party!!!". Constantly shifting between being insane and being senseless, you need to catch this album on its good sides (There are many!) so you can appreciate the unconditional energies of Sarah Glass.
