Cementimental - We Are Commandments [Cementimental - 2007]

We are commandments literal crushers you with it’s four weighty lo-fi doom punk, noise tracks- this is doom at it’s most painful blunt and nihilistic.

Each track weighs in with throbbing and low down bass hits, around the chugging monolithic riff craft is laid all manner of discordant and noisy matter, often dragging the bass away to  long throb of feedback and falls into black pits of feedback. Each track runs around the 10 minute mark, with  only the last track nearing the fifteen minute mark. Each is as unforgiving crushing and downright nasty- actually I think the get more hopeless and painful as the album progresses. With only the last track been marginally more defined, melodic and less swamped as it’s slowly unfolds its crude and punked Earth like mantra.

Doom at it's most seething unforgiving & downright nasty form- primed to hit you deep and hard in you guts. To plug in and get sucked into this grim soup drop in here
