Death Loop Faction is another project from of Iowa-based Alex Nowacki- also of Boar, Centuries Behind A Gate, I Watched  You Die, Phantom Rib, Pyramid Dust etc- so a quite prolific and well-established noise artist. 

Max Carnage is indeed sonic carnage, a blistering annihilation based on the wonders of looping. Α process -for destruction- where the loops are employed with utmost determination to produce seven ear-mangling pieces, lasting something less than twenty minutes. A collage of different noise approaches merged together with balance and creativity. From some “mild” electronic chunks of low profile glitch to ambient noise wall kind of drones, to savagely mutilated splinters of straightforward concrete noise! 

These are monomaniac mantras that resonate immensely in circles of repetition, brutally punching and eventually transcending into an absurd and chaotic ritual. Tracks have abrupt beginnings and abrupt finishes, all with a surreal and psychedelic manifestation of the power. This is an exhibition of atrocity and interestingly enough, the looping here is creating spontaneous forms on its own, rhythmic by the very nature of the process. Sometimes minimal and sometimes overcharged, with the material extending to aural suffocation. 

Overall, an album small in length - but huge in terms of the significant harsh noise beauty can bring to the ear. Very well done, and I had a great time listening to it!,
