This cassette appeared on Stockholm based Ominous Recordings- with the tape coming in transparent oversized wallet case, featuring double-sided pro-printed artwork. As well as two fabric patches-one for each project. The monochrome artwork features nylon & masked fetish focused images.  This had an edition of 20, which have sadly now all sold out- so ones only option is download from the labels Bandcamp.

First up we have a track from swish project Anonymous Masturbaudioum, who along with the likes of The Rita is one of the most creative & often textural masterful projects within the sub (sub) genre. The track here is entitled “Un solo carnefice per Miranda”- and comes in at dead on the nine-minute mark. The ‘wall’ is built around a blend of thick choppy & juddering, which features on top these sudden twisting & searing manic pulls, stretches & rips- that fall in the mid-to-high pitched range. The choppy bottom textures remain fairly firm & fixed, while the pulls/ stretches take on disturbing & at times wonky harmonic shapes. It’s a great & distinctive start to the tape- really showing why this project is so well thought of.

Next, we get a track from Swedish project Gamiani, their track is entitled “Attorno al collo: una calza di nylon velata” which comes in at just shy of the eleven-minute mark.
The track is an extremely dense & brutal example of HNW- finding a blend of buffeting & battering low end, rolling roast, and hiss wrapped jittering- with subtle feasting static grains weaved into the edges of the mass. Apparently, all the tracks on this release utilized nylon as source material, and this track very much feels like ones trying to find themselves through a dense landscape of constant shredding &  ripping fabric.

Turning over to the second side, and we get the sidelong collaborative track “Nylon décollage”. This begins with a nice layer separated blend of hissing  & stretching sear, and rapid rumble & slight knock.  As the track progresses you seemingly get layers of spinning dwells, spiralling hiss, and muffled choppy-ness been blended and cleverly cascaded into the mass- this of course nicely pulls you deeper & deeper into the ‘wall’ heart.

Elettronica Al Nylon Fottutamente Violent is most satisfying split/ collab- with both of the stand-alone tracks been effective in their own right, and the collab track finding the two projects working well together to create a fulfilling layer balanced & nuanced bit of searing un-settlement- such a pity it sold out so quickly!.
