Anonymous Masturbaudioum is a Feet and Legs/ Nylon Stockings fetish focused noise project that’s been active since early 2015- seemingly it started off as a HNW/ HN project, but with each new release the project sound is getting more ‘wall’ focused. So far the project has put out around 10 releases- taking in tapes, CDR, and digital releases.

This CDR appears on the projects own label, & came in an edition of ten copies. The black & white CDR comes in either a black, or clear slim-line DVD case- this features  black & white artwork taking in a simple silhouetted & inversed  image of a stocking wearing woman lining down. The whole thing comes wrapped in a single black tight.

First up we have the track “Bambola-Fetish”. This  opens in a very manic & raging form, as it’s built around two or three thick spurting/ spraying static elements( which have brief burst of a seagull field recording under it). But after this  initial rush & intense start we move towards several layers of swirling, spaying and dense galloping static patter-nation. Each of these layers are nicely moving at slight different speeds, so this creates a nicely disorientating yet sleazy seared vibe. Beneath this thick mass of shifting ‘wall’ craft, we get sudden burst of other sonic matter- such as a eerier whooshing ‘n’ hooting noise atmospherics, seagull field recordings, crisp yet buffeting sways, and other jarring yet effective flotsam & jetsam. The whole thing mangers to be both searing in its dense-ness, yet layer shifting, which all creates a very schizophrenic mix of brutality & jarring unease.

Track two is entitled “Piacere Velato”, and once again this is another effective mix of dense wall battering, and unsettling layer shift. The whole thing opens with a mix of these muffled yet dense mix of galloping & thickly dabbing static patterns- these are underfed by distorted &  blurred animal like grunts & moans. Just like the first track as we move on we get shifts in the dense weave of ‘wall’ textures, and these are underfed by the weird animalistic bays & moans.  Other sound element wise there are not as many strange & unsettling sonic elements shift through the tracks mass, as the first track- with the groans staying the main none ‘wall’ element. Though later on we do get deep grinding & swirling synth noise like textures shifting through the mass of sound. Yet even through there are less of these elements AM mangers to keep the rewarding shifts in noise layers while remain dense & airlessly raging.

This is the second release I've heard/reviewed from this project, and I must say it’s another worthy & fairly original sounding slice of walled noise. So if you enjoy wall-craft that’s both progressive( yet never thinned back),  layer active, and rewarding  Eleganza is worth checking out.
