Go to the Taxi Taxi ! website  Taxi Taxi ! - S/t [Rumraket - 2007]

This project consists of two Swedish 17 year old sisters Miriam & Johanna E. Berhan who  offer up an emotional  touched &  beautiful mix of folk & indie Pop caft. This ep is their first released work, though by all accounts their already well thought of getting spots on various European Festivals bills.

This really is an  incredible accomplished and soulful collection of songs considering their age. It seems as well as offering up distinctive heart-pulling joint vocals and harmonies they also play everything here consisting of; acoustic guitar, elegant piano flourishers, organ, harmonica and the odd other sound element traces. The song craft is kept wonderfully clean and fresh, the songs telling their emotional stories in rich and soaring melodic fashion. The Only downside is it all seems to be over far too quickly, as the five songs on offer last just shy of 20 minutes mark.

A very enchanting and beautiful opening musical embrace from this pair. Really of interest to anyone who enjoys well written emotional and beautiful music.
