Born out of the upcoming Adrian Belew solo-album a new project has come about featuring Danny Carey of Tool and Les Claypool and of course Adrian. Besides the 3 songs for Belew's album, the trio started recording at Claypool's Rancho Relaxo studios for a full album. Claypool's also working on the first album of Bucket Of Bernie Brains.

Ulver's soundtrack to the film Lyckantropen has been nominated to Spellemannsprisen 2003, the Norwegian Grammy Awards, genre Open Class. Other nominees are Mari Boine, Jaga Jazzist, Nils Petter Molvær and Sidsel Endresen with Bugge Wesseltoft.

In the second year of the 13th Anniversary of Bucketheadland (Buckethead can only count to 13) this summer will see the release of the earlier announced Super Diorama Theater and a DVD called Secret Recipe. Also the snacks in the park will contain 20% less spider eggs.

G.Nox is the name of the new signing of M-Tronic, G-Nox is the project of the founding member of the old and cult industrial French band Nox (which was often compared to Einsturzende Neubauten in the 80's). A full-time album called "Ventre" will be released around May, you can expect the darkest M-tronic release so far, the music was composed for several dance contemporary shows.

Danny Cavanagh (Anathema) will appear at a solo gig the 28th of December in Apeldoorn, Holland. It's a free show and a lot of Anathema songs will played on piano and one of the brothers might join in.

From the rumour-mill: by combining news from sites from Guns n' Roses, Les Claypool and Buckethead and various messageboards one can conclude the US tour of Guns n' Roses is cancelled. Claypool's Bucket Of Bernie Brains, featuring (assumed) GnR members Buckethead and Brain, is presenting tourdates on scheduled GnR-dates.
