Whore's BreathA Pot to Piss In or A Window to Throw It Out Of

Here we have an urgent, unrelenting, and ear drum-ripping example of the walled noise form from this Cincinnati, Ohio project, who in recent years has become one of the more prolific/quality-bound projects in the scene. The single thirty-seven-minute track firmly retains both its brutal pull & intense attack throughout its length.

The release is a digital download- it was released late last year on the harsh noise wall label, which is run by long-term scenester  James Shearman.  For cover artwork, it’s a blurry red, yellow, and skin pink picture, which could be either someone's infected knee or a flesh-toned planet. The release of the whole thing can be found here

The ‘wall’ is built around a decidedly taunt, tense, and unforgiving blend of beaded/ rapid low-end hack, jittering/ snap mid-range attack, with some nicely intense subtone bays, crashes, spurs, and violent reels. The whole thing has such a rapid/ unstoppable flow to it, which brought to mind looped footage of something organic being tied behind a vehicle, to be rapidly pulled apart- then looped over again.

After time off from work, overindulgence, and lazing about during the festive period. It’s great to have a release like this to overload/ slap your sonic sensors around a bit. Another most worthy  Whore's Breath release.
