Here’s a recent release from this highly prolific Tampa, Florida based walled noise project. The single thirty-five-minute track has a decidedly unsettling looping quality about it, which really does burn deep into ones head/ psyche.

This Is What I Hear When You Talk started in 2018, with the project releasing well over a thousand releases.  Behind it is Dan Fox, who's been active within the wider Florida noise scene since the early 2000’s- linked to projects such as FAIL, IF, FFI Digital and Glaive. Dan also runs the rather prolific noise/ experimental label Inner Demons Records

This release, like much of the project's output is digitally released on Inner Demons Records. And it can be found just here

The ‘wall’ is a fairly speedy blend of rapidly rolling/slightly crisp low-end, and with this is a repeating breathing/ stabbing rolling textures- it really depends on whether you play on speakers, or headphones,  on which you’ll hear.  As I played it, I found myself being  booth soothingly engulfed and mildly distressed

It’s been a good while since I’ve played/ reviewed This Is What I Hear When You Talk work- so it’s nice to see Dan’s still making creative/effective wall-craft.
