Slaughter-Fetus are a industrially caustic Harsh Noise wall project from Louisiana. This nasty & violent 3” CDR is the projects tribute to Takashi Miike’s film Addition & films notorious, nasty & sadistic Needle torture scene.
The just under twenty minute track starts out with a nice muffled & noisily seared sample from film & the start of the torture scene( I won’t give too much away for those who still haven’t seen this classic & disturbing movie). At about the minute & a half mark Slaughter-Fetus start adding in layers of building & rapidly boiling noise tones and soon the sample ends with this we start into the thicker shifting wall of noise tone. As the track progresses more & more layers of boiling static judders & hot needle like higher jitters are added as things start to get very nasty indeed. Though-out the tracks near on twenty minutes length Slaughter-Fetus sadistically judder, jitter & sear the pace onwards in a very active take on wall making. The track really gives a great feeling of a new nerve or sense been attacked as the track jaggedly boils along. The 3” CDR comes in a blue double sided sleeve with a drawing of the films female torturer on the outside & photocopied still pictures from the moive inside & on a small fold out extra piece of paper ‘Tribute To Eihi Shiina’ is certainly a very nasty & twisting slice of industrialized HNW which very nicely fits the tone & mood of Addition’s torture scene- very worthy of your time if you enjoy your ‘Wall’ matter more active, caustically twisting & very unforgiving.
