Season of the witch is a horrifying  and spine tingling collection of drifting dread scapes. Using dark ambient, horror filmatic snthy work , noise elements, death breath and bone brittle drifting rhythmic  thuds. Which all  builds a really creepy haunted house or dead black wood of an album.

This is one of a few projects led by the  prolific and seemly always creating  sound smith David Reed. With season of the witch Reed really seems to have got the dread filled vibe down to a tea , weaving so many dense but effortless layers of sound into each track from swirling banks of noisy fear, to snthy soured grimness, to hovering breathing like pitches of sound. All this leaving the listening feeling like they’ve been dropped into  ‘sticking to your skin’ fog enveloped dusk landscape. Trying to make your way out or find some builds or landmark to get your bearings, but when you do find builds - they seem peopless or worse they seem a live with strange ominous sighs or dry scuttling.
