Goatriech 666 — Chaining The Last Hopes Of Humanity
The bands sound is nicely haphazard, grimly lo-fi & ugly; most of the tracks hack into like a rusty machete with careening & speedy drum work, buzzing & crude guitar riff burns. The tracks often use two joint vocals with one vocalist do a typical guttural growl & the other one doing a more slowed demonic guttural calls & bays which is rather effective & distinct. Most of the tracks stick to your speedy brand of almost hardcore influence blacked metal with a few more mid-pace clamouring appearing ever so often.
Sure Goatriech 666 don’t have that original or mould breaking sound, but the band execute their blacked craft with a certain crude & ugly charm- so if you dig you blacked metal that’s speedy, grim & haphazard this is certainly worthy of you time
