Dead Body Collection — I'd Fallen Before, But It Never Hurt Like This
The mini CDR comes in a run-off-a-pc-printer colour cover which features a rather moody/ atmospheric picture of either sun coming through a dense forest, or a small fire in a forest glade.
The track on offer here is no nonsense, fixed & ear ripping slice of walled noise. The track comes in at the 16.44 mark, and it finds DBC summoning up a very addictively intense wall that mixers together billowing ‘n’ meaty low end noise with jittering thinner mid-range static texturing. The two elements are fed out into a unchanged path for the tracks full length and simply put this is a great slice of fixed wall-making.
All told this is a wonderful shot of unflinching, intense yet highly enjoyable walled noise- this release comes in an edition of 24 copies, so you maybe in luck and will still be able to get hold of a copy of this.
