Bördel Noïr — Hors

“Hors” offers up just under eighteen minutes worth of meaty, earth ‘n’ rock crushing walled noise from this crypt & bones obsessed French HNW project.

The  3 inch CDRs title means simply “out” in English, and this is extremely apt for the single self titled slice of walled noise with-in; as the track often feels like it’s trying to reach out & crush your face & ears with it's chugging & juddering earth moving intensity. The ‘wall’ is built around several interlocking & brutal textures- there’s a meaty judder, a bass pinched rumble, a grinding rock jitter, and brain drilling purr. These elements are built into a enclosing & unstoppable  mesh of sound which gives one the feeling of been dragged along by a huge earth drill as it boars through rock, earth and everything else in it’s way.

So to sum–up this is another intense, grim & truly crushing slice of walled noise from this always worthy & unforgiving French HNW project.
