Black Boned Angel — Enternal Love/ Enternal Hunger
The First side of the vinyl is taken up with Eternal Love which was the projects second releasers original put out in 2004 as a Cdr. It’s one long 19 minute track, which hovers in an opium smoked eastern occltic dark air- mixing together stripped down corpse doomy bass and guitar ulfold, effectively creepy percussive sound effects and eerier dark ambient undertones. It also has quite a lo-fi doomy punk feel that isn’t present in his other work. Side two finds Eternal Hunger Which came out last year and is more in thetone of what we've expected from Black Bone Angel -as the 20 minute track unfolds in a mix of doomy 'n' horror adding in some very effective horror film piano/ synth work midway – I actually reviewed it back at the time just here
So all in a nice reissue for those who missed out or who want these two tracks in vinyl form, but on a down side it makes you pine for new work which hopeful will be forthcoming soon.
