Anonymous Masturbaudioum — Audiorgasm

Anonymous Masturbaudioum are one of the more interesting, creative, and overtly perverse projects to appear from with-in the euro wall-noise/ harsh noise scene in the last year or so. Since early 2015 the project has put out around ten releases- which take in cassettes, CDRs, splits & digital releases. Audiorgasm is one of the projects more recent releases- it’s a CDR and it appeared in October 2015 on French noise/ sleazy label Porn Noise Records.

The CDR features a single track, and this comes in at just over the sixty five minute mark.  The track opens with a mix of squalling pluses & static grain- fairly soon this firms up into more thick & layer shifting ‘wall’. This  brings together of seared, dense yet fairly active blend of wavering sour-ness & growing ‘n’ galloping roasting, that's edged with sudden sweeps of higher pitched noise squeals.  As the track progresses past  the seven minute mark the more high pitched elements mostly dissipates( though we do get the odd rise in them), and the track explores more mid-to-low end weaves of brutally uncurling wall texturing. We have a thick, yet muffle & highly sleazed mixed of the following elements: muddy & cascading judders, slightly spluttering meaty gallops, lo-fi billowing rushers, & grainy constantly tumbling rumbles. Though-out the whole thing remains hellishly thick, densely blurred, and extremely intense- yet you can always (just) make out the reward textural shifts/ speed changes, & buried hints at  sonic sour-ness & perverse mood-ness.

All in all this is another very worthy release from this project, who so far has been pretty consistent with everything it’s  put out. So if you enjoy extremely dense noise-matter that blurs the lines between HNW, dense & perverse harsh noise, with a sour & moodily depraved underbelly Audiorgasm is well worth tracking down.
