Å La volupté de la destruction est une volupté créat

"La volupté de la destruction est une volupté créatrice"(rough translation The pleasure of the destruction is a creative pleasure) finds this unrelenting French HNW project offering up a single five minute track of crusty static locked judder.

The track comes on a 3inch business card cdr, which comes inside a small pink tinged see-through plastic bag. Also inside the bag is a small paper inlay slip and a button badge with the labels logo on. This is a far more stripped and stark presentation compared with many of this labels releases, which  offten feature cases with wrap around black & white pictures by Gregory Henrion(who is Å and also runs the AnarchoFreaksProduction label)

The track it’s self is fairly standard, though enjoyable enough slice of judder bound wall making. It’s a mid-paced wall which finds Å boiling up a thick ‘n’ juddering wall of crusty static tone that’s underfeed by a bleak and nihilistic drone flow.  The track spends most of it’s running time on a mid-toned judder, but in the last minute or so the judder turns more crisp ‘n’ rain on glass roof sounding.

So a short, but rewarding enough release from both Å  and AnarchoFreaksProduction-  it's not really either parties best work, but if you’ve enjoyed the projects or the labels work in the past this is worth picking up.
